To ask for a free quotation, go directly to the photograph you have selected. Then choose one of the following options: ‘Buy print’ - ‘Print and frame’ or ‘Buy License’.
To order several photographs, please click on ‘Add to my lightbox’ to add as many photographs as you want in your basket. Once you have finished, go back to ‘My lightbox’ located on the top right of the site. Then request your quotation for this selection.
Do not hesitate to contact us for any specific request (‘Contact’). We will find a solution to meet your expectation.
How to shop online?
To shop online you have the possibility to create or not an account.
If you want to buy several photos, go on the picture and choose between ‘Buy print’ - ‘Print and frame’ or ‘Buy License’. Several options are available to you, depending on the chosen offer.
Once you chose your first photo click on ‘Add to card’. Either click on ‘continue shopping’ or ‘pay now’. If you want to pay your order you have to accept Terms and Conditions. Once accepted, choose between online and off-line payment.
Is the checkout secure?
The orders paid on ilovechampagne.fr/en website are done over an bank SSL-secured server : Paypal. Please check their Terms and Conditions. During the purchase process, the client is asked to give the following information: expiration date of his credit card and the cipher (presents on the back of the card). Your card details are encrypted and are neither known nor stored by ilovechampagne.fr.
Can I buy without a Paypal account?
It is not obligatory to have a Paypal account to make an online order. Please follow the usual process.
I don’t want to pay online, would there be any other altenrnative?
During the checkout process it will be offered to pay by bank transfert. We will give you our address details by e-mail.
What are the delivery cost?
All orders (photo prints and frame) are delivered by La Poste services.
Therefore you will have to pay shipping fess which depends on yours delivery address and then integrated to your order price.Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. Please note that delivery fees apply on the delivery address.
For your information all prices (for the purchase) are quoted in euros VAT excluded.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A minimum of 2 working days is required to prepare an order, 7 working days for framed photos. Please notice that Sundays and public holidays are not considered as working days. The delivery date shall depend on the availability of the merchandise and the delivery address. If your order is urgent, please let us know by email: email@example.com.
If shipment is delayed (superior to 3 weeks), we will contact you as soon as possible by mail. You will not be able to reclaim any damages.
Where can my order be delivered?
You will be able to be delivered in France and in all EU countries.
Regarding deliveries outside France, the Customer might have to pay a local tax at the delivery of the package.
For deliveries outside the continental France, customers agree to pay all taxes applied to customs duty, VAT, and all other taxes depending on the country of delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping Method: Coliposte for France and Colissimo for other countries.
Shipments are made by the French Post Office. Either by Coliposte (France) or by Colisimo (Europe).
What is the return policy?
The Consumer has a cooling-off period of 14 working days, from the reception date, to return the product(s) ordered. In case of exchange or refund, please send back article(s) (at your own cost) new in their packaging(s) of origin, intact, accompanied with all the possible accessories to the following address:

Returns on personalized orders are not accepted, unless products arrive damaged. unless products may have been inadvertently damaged.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable if you decide to return your order. ilovechampagne.fr will not refund any postage and packing charges.
ilovechampagne undertakes to reimburse the Consumer, to the debited bank account at order time, within a maximum of 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), as long as the above conditions are complied with.
What will happen if my parcel is damaged, lost, defective, incomplete or not conformed?
The goods always travel at the responsibility of the receiver.
Always check your delivery upon arrival and express any reserves if necessary on the carrier's delivery receipt. If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, notify us immediately through e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with picture(s) of the damage in order to send you back your order.
The carrier is responsible of the dispatch under good conditions; the photographs and frames are in perfect state at the beginning of the delivery.
How to create my account?
You can create an account by clicking on the option 'My account' located on top right of the screen. Then click on ‘Register’. During checkout you will be asked to provide your name, surname, a user ID (your email address) and a password.
What I have to do if I forgot my password?
In the 'My Account' section, it is possible to change your password if you have forgotten yours. Please enter your user ID (email address) and click on ‘Forgot password?’ then 'Log in'. You will receive a e-mail which will help you to reset your password.
